The house as a whole was super clean and charming.
We faced issues with room temperature controls, centrally managed and left us feeling quite warm . The individual room adjustments weren't effective. Missing window handles and non-working light bulbs added to our frustrations, which hindered an otherwise pleasant experience.

The comfortable beds and spacious layout made it ideal for my family with children. Appreciating the large bathroom and mini fridge in our room added to the convenience during our short stay. The location was perfect for a stroll downtown, though many restaurants were closed Monday evening. A better dining selection would elevate the experience significantly.

I enjoyed a cozy night here with a delicious breakfast featuring scrambled eggs and berries. The peaceful garden and comfy lounge were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads up, the room temperature control could be finicky at times, but it didn’t ruin my stay. 🌼

Couples seeking a calm retreat
The breakfast was really great, got to have scrambled eggs and bacon, also spicy breakfast potatoes! The owner was super nice and made sure everyone had what they needed which added to the whole vibe.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but still reasonable.

It was just a nice choice for a brief hiatus in Paducah with attractive and competitive value for money. The common area was cozy, making it a great spot to relax with friends after exploring the town. A word of advice, check the breakfast schedule if you plan to leave early.

We stayed at a B&B with a beautiful property, comfortable rooms, and sparkling clean bathrooms. The location was convenient, within walking distance to downtown and near the riverfront. The common areas were cozy and well-decorated, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening. There was also a billiard room which we found entertaining.
The hotel didn't provide breakfast due to the absence of a cook, and we only received vouchers to eat at local eateries instead.

The hotel was easy to find and located close to the riverfront and downtown. The room was comfortable and nicely appointed. We enjoyed the billiard room, with its fun 'secret' passage and cozy common areas. The balcony was a highlight at night. As far as hotel facilities go, everything was sparkling clean.
Hard to think of anything.

The was a lovely place to spend Christmas. The property had beautiful common areas and cozy nooks perfect for reading or sipping wine. The balcony was a great place to relax in the evening. The location was ideal, within walking distance to downtown. Plus, the bathrooms were immaculate, and the towels were wonderful.
There were a few hiccups during our stay. The cook was off for the weekend, so it was just a bed and breakfast.
